Position Description

We’re hiring a design lead to help shape the next phase of Gnosis Guild’s work. You’ll lead design across multiple ventures and brands (e.g. Zodiac, Enclave, Gnosis Guild), define the visual and experiential language of our products, and grow a small but high-leverage design team.

We’re early-stage and experimental by nature, so you’ll be working closely with engineers, researchers, and product leads from idea formation through to execution and iteration. We’re looking for a generalist designer that is comfortable moving between brand and product work, and excited to help shape not just how our products look, but how they feel and function for users.

Responsibilities

Lead design across multiple ventures from 0 → 1
Work fluidly across product design, brand, UX/UI, and marketing touchpoints
Design and oversee websites, docs, and other marketing and communication surfaces
Collaborate closely with engineers, product leads, and researchers
Grow and mentor a small but high-impact design team
